Delete your WinDaq account

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in with your mobile number.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

You are signed out at once and your account is deleted within 30 days.

Can't sign in? Write to privacy@daqwon.in from any address with the mobile number of the account. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, mobile number, play chips and levels, fantasy teams, game history, analytics events and consent choices.

What is kept, and for how long

Only records that the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records, for the period the law sets (usually up to 8 years). They are not used for anything else.
