Account: your 10-digit mobile number (to sign in with an OTP), and for payments, masked payment identifiers (UPI ID / bank account details).
Game play: the games you play, your teams, bets and play-chip activity, and for multiplayer tables a record of every hand (cards dealt, actions, results and the fairness seed) so results can be verified and disputes resolved.
Analytics (only with your OK): screens you open and features you use, linked to your account or a random device id. We ask once; nothing is collected for analytics if you choose "No thanks".
Security: device fingerprint and IP address, to protect accounts and detect fraud.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and the games, keep play fair and secure, meet legal duties, and (with your consent) understand how the app is used so we can improve it. We never put phone numbers, OTPs or payment details into analytics.
3. Your consent and choices
You can allow or refuse analytics when the app asks, and change your mind any time from your profile or by writing to us. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not affect the games. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to see, correct or erase your personal data and raise a grievance.
4. Play chips
Play chips used at multiplayer tables are free and have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn.
5. How long we keep it
Account and game records are kept while your account is open and afterwards only as long as the law requires. Analytics events are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Encryption and data protection
All network communication uses TLS-encrypted connections. High-risk sensitive fields, including KYC identification documents and authentication tokens, are encrypted at rest.
7. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with service providers who help run the service (for example SMS delivery for OTPs and banking networks for payments), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
8. Age
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Contact, deletion and grievances
You can delete your account from Profile → Delete my account (see how account deletion works). To exercise your other rights or raise a grievance, write to privacy@daqwon.in. We reply within 30 days.
